First and foremost, we want to emphasize that returns are accepted if you’re not happy with your purchase. We believe in the importance of customer satisfaction, and we want you to love what you buy. However, to make the return process smooth, we do ask that the product is returned in its original packaging with tags still in place. This helps us ensure that the item is in good condition for future customers.

If you decide to return a product, please keep in mind that return shipping costs will be the your responsibility. 

To initiate a return, we kindly ask that you notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. This allows us to process your request in a timely manner. You can reach out to us via email, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you with the next steps.

Once we receive the items returned, the product will be inspected by our team. We want to ensure that everything is in order before we proceed with the refund. After the inspection, we will inform you via email whether your return will be processed and if a refund will be issued. We appreciate your patience during this process, as we want to make sure everything is handled properly.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale goods or goods purchased with a gift card.
