Shipping

We have two shipping options:

Option 1: R80.00 Delivery (Pudo Locker).

A Delivery Fee of R80.00 will be charged. When you select this option, your package will be delivered to your nearest Pudo locker. As soon as your package is ready to be collected at the Pudo Locker, you will receive a notification PIN code for the pickup.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest Pudo Kiosk or Depot.

Option 2: R120 Delivery (The Courier Guy).

A Delivery Fee of R120.00 will be charged. We normally make use the courier company "The Courier Guy". When you place an order you will be asked for a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Your package will be sent directly to the address provided.

Option 3: Free Delivery for all orders over R1500

Free shipping for orders over R1500.00 on selected products throughout South Africa.

 

Delivery Time:
Dispatch of your package can take 1 - 3 working days. All orders placed over the weekend will only be dispatched on the Tuesday.

Delivery can take anything from 1-3 business days depending on where you stay and the size of your package.

So worst-case scenario you should get your goodies within 5 working days maximum (except for remote areas) and best case is 3 working days.
